Section 01

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ed222 website accessible at ed222.io and all associated pages, services, features, and applications.
• "ed222", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the ed222 platform and its authorised representatives.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a betting market or casino game via the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion's terms.
• "Verification" means the process by which ed222 confirms a User's identity, age, and payment method ownership in accordance with applicable compliance obligations.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated on the Platform.

Section 02

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ed222 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any Wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, including but not limited to the ed222 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ed222 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. No oral or written statements made by any ed222 representative outside of these published terms shall create any additional obligations on the part of ed222.

If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an Account, contact [email protected] to request account closure.

Section 03

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the ed222 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting as an agent, employee, director, officer, or contractor of ed222, or of any game provider, software supplier, or payment processor that supplies services to ed222.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by ed222 or any recognised responsible gaming programme.
• You have not had a prior Account on the Platform closed or suspended by ed222 for violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• You are opening an Account for your own personal use only, and not on behalf of any third party.

ed222 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage, including certified copies of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

Section 04

Account Registration

Each individual person may hold only one registered Account on the ed222 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any detail changes. ed222 will not be responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out through your Account using your correct credentials will be attributed to you, whether or not authorised by you.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ed222 immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate any reported unauthorised access on a reasonable-efforts basis, but we do not guarantee the recovery of funds lost prior to notification.

Section 05

Deposits and Withdrawals

All Account Balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the ed222 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform does not support multi-currency accounts. Any funds received in a currency other than BDT will be converted at the exchange rate applied by the relevant payment processor at the time of the transaction.

Approved deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional deposit methods may be introduced or removed at ed222's discretion. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts applicable to each method are displayed at the time of deposit and may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to ed222's verification and anti-money-laundering procedures. ed222 reserves the right to apply standard identity verification checks — including requesting proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will ordinarily be processed within 24–72 hours of successful verification, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

ed222 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, fees imposed by your mobile wallet provider or bank are beyond ed222's control and will be borne by you. ed222 reserves the right to introduce withdrawal fees with prior notice displayed on the Platform.

Deposited funds may only be withdrawn once any applicable wagering requirements associated with accepted bonuses have been satisfied. Real-money deposits made without activating a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification.

Section 06

Bonuses and Promotions

ed222 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and other incentives to eligible Account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion, which are published at the time the offer is made available and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ed222 promotions include the following:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible, verified Account holders only. ed222 reserves the right to exclude any Account from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Account, per household, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the relevant promotion. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in multiples (e.g., 10x, 20x) of the bonus amount or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds will not be available for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the relevant promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement within the specified time limit will be forfeited without compensation.
• Certain game types may contribute differently to the wagering requirement. For example, casino slots may contribute 100%, while table games or live casino wagers may contribute at a lower percentage. Contribution rates will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• ed222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect wagers already placed in good faith under the original promotion terms.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including, but not limited to, opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting wagers to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements, or colluding with other users — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings.

Section 07

Betting and Gaming Rules

All Wagers placed on the ed222 Platform are final once confirmed. Once a Wager has been accepted and a confirmation has been displayed in your Account, it cannot be cancelled or amended by you unless a specific cash-out or bet-editing feature is available for that market and you utilise it within the permitted timeframe.

ed222 reserves the right to void any Wager — in whole or in part — in the following circumstances:

• The Wager was accepted at an odds or stake value resulting from a manifest error, technical fault, or pricing error.
• The underlying event was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned under circumstances that do not qualify for settlement under the applicable event rules.
• ed222 has reasonable grounds to believe the Wager was placed in connection with match-fixing, corrupt activity, or insider information not generally available to the public.
• The Wager was placed in violation of any applicable rule set out in these Terms & Conditions.

Casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNGs). ed222 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages applicable to each game are set by the respective game provider and are available in the game information panel within the Platform.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary by game type, account tier, or applicable market conditions. ed222 reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time without prior notice.

Section 08

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ed222 Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Sharing Account credentials with, or allowing any third party to access or operate, your Account.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised third-party technology to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform software for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit discrepancies in the Platform's pricing, in a systematic or organised manner.
• Any conduct intended to manipulate, collude, or defraud the Platform, other users, or game providers.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its underlying systems, or other users' Accounts.
• Transmitting unsolicited commercial communications, spam, or malware via the Platform or its support channels.

Section 09

Intellectual Property

All content on the ed222 Platform — including but not limited to the ed222 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the property of ed222 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ed222.

All game content available on the Platform is licensed from third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. The intellectual property rights in all such game content remain with the respective providers.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

The ed222 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain continuous availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may occur from time to time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ed222 shall not be liable to you for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or game results.
• Any loss or damage caused by unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Any loss arising from events beyond ed222's reasonable control, including network failures, power outages, government actions, or force majeure events.

In any event, ed222's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 11

Privacy and Data

ed222 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the ed222 Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during Account registration and use of the Platform — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, payment details, and betting history — is used for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

ed222 may share your personal data with game providers, payment processors, and compliance service providers where necessary to deliver the Platform's services or to satisfy applicable legal obligations.

Section 12

Responsible Gaming

ed222 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide all Account holders with access to the following responsible gaming tools via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily restrict your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely restrict your Account from placing any further wagers. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

If you believe that gambling is negatively impacting your financial situation, relationships, or mental health, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool or contact our support team at [email protected]. We will treat all such communications with strict confidentiality and without judgement.

ed222 will never market gambling products to any Account holder who has self-excluded or who has been flagged as a vulnerable player. This restriction applies to all promotional communications including email, SMS, and in-Platform notifications.

Section 13

Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting ed222 support at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of any void Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of applicable verification requirements.

ed222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• ed222 is required to do so in order to comply with applicable law or a regulatory direction.
• ed222 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with your Account.
• You have provided false or misleading registration information.
• Your Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more, in which case ed222 will provide reasonable notice before closure.

Where an Account is closed by ed222 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real-money Balance may also be withheld pending completion of any fraud or compliance investigation.

Section 14

Amendments

ed222 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — ed222 will provide at least 14 days' prior notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address or mobile number.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your Account before the effective date.

For minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information — ed222 may update these Terms & Conditions without advance notice. The current version of the Terms & Conditions is always available on the Platform and is identified by the effective date shown at the top of this document.

Section 15

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ed222 operates, to the extent permitted by applicable law in the User's location.

Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions shall first be referred to ed222's customer support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first being raised, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

When contacting support regarding a specific dispute or Account issue, please include your registered username and a clear description of the matter so our team can respond efficiently. We aim to acknowledge all support enquiries within 2 hours and to provide a substantive response within 24 hours during normal operating periods.
